How a private label programme works

1. Enquiry: tell us your product types, target market, retail price point, sizes and volumes.

2. Design and quotation: share your artwork or brief. We advise on construction and material, then quote.

3. Sampling: we make paid samples for your approval, and the sample cost is credited against your first order.

4. Approval and order: confirm colours, sizes, labels and packaging, and place the order (minimum 500 pieces per design).

5. Production: extrusion, weaving and finishing at our Jalgaon plants, typically 30–45 days depending on the order.

6. Shipment: we prepare the export documentation and ship FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or CIF to your nominated port.

We control the whole process. Our three plants in MIDC Jalgaon run extruders and Jacquard looms built on Japanese technology. We extrude our own polypropylene straws, colour them and weave them in-house, which gives you control over colour, design and consistency.

Recycled options with GRS certification. We can weave from recycled polypropylene: collected PP containers and bottles are cleaned, shredded, coloured and extruded into straws before weaving. Streamflow is GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified.
